Are all your watches unique?

Absolutely! We believe in uniqueness and craftsmanship, so each watch is one-of-a-kind. Once a watch is sold, it's gone for good.

 

Are you a watchmaker?

While I am the watch artist of this brand, my Co-Founder is a seasoned professional watchmaker with years of experience in the industry.

 

Can I customize my watch?

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and the best part is, shipping is on us - it's free!

 

Can I modify or cancel my order post-purchase?

Certainly! Feel free to send us an email within 24 hours of your purchase if you need to alter or cancel your order.

 

What if my watch stops working?

If your watch encounters issues after delivery, we recommend visiting a local watchmaker for assistance. Rest assured, all watches are in excellent working condition when sent out.

 

My watch arrived with some scratches on the case. Can I return it?

Given that we source vintage (previously owned) watches, some patina or wear may be present. If you find the watch to be excessively worn, kindly reach out via email for return instructions.

 

Returns

You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to decide if it's the right fit for you. If you wish to return your purchase, simply reach out to us, and we'll guide you through the process. It's important to note that the shipping costs for returning the item will not be covered by FETCHA.
